Sumikkogurashi is making its planetarium debut!

We are excited to announce the screening of “Sumikkogurashi: The Vast Universe and the Light of the Aurora.”

Starting in March, it will be shown sequentially at science museums and planetariums across the country.

The popular characters of “Sumikkogurashi” will appear in their first planetarium show, “Sumikkogurashi: The Vast Universe and the Light of the Aurora.”

The screenings will begin on Saturday, March 9th, at science museums and planetariums nationwide.

Story Summary

One day, the Sumikko characters are visited by their friend Penguin (the real one), who has been traveling around the world. From the souvenirs that Penguin (the real one) brought, the Sumikkos get to experience the wonders of mysterious lands and the vastness of space.

Let’s all embark on a journey through the starry sky with the Sumikkos.

The planetarium offers captivating 180° full-dome projections.
